JAY'S PET FOODS TERMS & CONDITIONS

A Hassle-Free Experience

  • Postal orders placed before 12pm on Friday are packaged at the weekend and dispatched asap.

  • Local orders are delivered at the weekend.

  • Larger sacks e.g. wild bird food will need to be pre-ordered by 9am Tuesday for delivery at the weekend.

  • Frozen raw food and fresh live bugs cannot be posted out and will only be delivered locally to ensure freshness.

  • All bugs (livefoods) and frozen snake foods are delivered to us weekly on a Tuesday and Friday, so please order by 9am Monday or 9am Thursday.

  • Please get in touch if you live more than 10 Miles away from Sidcup, we may be able to post your order, or collection is available.

Returns and Refunds
  • If you need to cancel your order prior to dispatch or delivery, please inform us within 24 hours. we will issue a refund within 48 hours.

  • If you would like to return items that you have received, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the item/s. you must return the item/s within 14 days of informing us, and they must be in a re-sellable condition, including the packaging they arrived in, undamaged. we will issue a refund, minus initial postage costs if we covered them, within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s.

  • We cannot accept any returns on raw produce, live bugs or opened food.

  • Refunds will be returned using the same method used to purchase goods. if you paid by card, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund (this is from the card processor).
