Postal orders placed before 12pm on Friday are packaged at the weekend and dispatched asap.

Local orders are delivered at the weekend.

Larger sacks e.g. wild bird food will need to be pre-ordered by 9am Tuesday for delivery at the weekend.

Frozen raw food and fresh live bugs cannot be posted out and will only be delivered locally to ensure freshness.

All bugs (livefoods) and frozen snake foods are delivered to us weekly on a Tuesday and Friday, so please order by 9am Monday or 9am Thursday.

Please get in touch if you live more than 10 Miles away from Sidcup, we may be able to post your order, or collection is available.
Returns and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order prior to dispatch or delivery, please inform us within 24 hours. we will issue a refund within 48 hours.

If you would like to return items that you have received, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the item/s. you must return the item/s within 14 days of informing us, and they must be in a re-sellable condition, including the packaging they arrived in, undamaged. we will issue a refund, minus initial postage costs if we covered them, within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s.

We cannot accept any returns on raw produce, live bugs or opened food.

Refunds will be returned using the same method used to purchase goods. if you paid by card, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund (this is from the card processor).
